Charlotte joined Savills in 2007 and specialises in residential lettings, working with clients and tenants to achieve their objectives whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Having managed teams across London and Surrey, and with over 10 years experience in residential lettings, Charlotte has a well-rounded perspective of both the town and country markets which enables her to provide her clients with sound and accurate advice. She currently heads up the lettings team in Cobham & Oxshott and having grown up locally she has an in-depth knowledge of the area. She works closely with her contacts and always takes an honest approach, making sure the process from start to finish is as seamless as possible.
