Melissa Lee has been appointed Associate Director with Colliers International's Valuation and Advisory Services (CIVAS) Asia Team, which will further strengthen the companies Valuation and Advisory Services in Malaysia and across Asia.
Global leader in commercial real estate services, Colliers International has appointed Melissa Lee as Associate Director within the Colliers International’s Valuation and Advisory Services (CIVAS) Asia team.
Lee brings with her over 10 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience in all asset classes across Malaysia.
She has specialist experience in undertaking valuations of plantations, mills, plant and machinery and business valuations for listings.
Lee, who will initially focus on Malaysia, will work closely with the CIVAS Singapore and Asia teams, together with the cross-function teams in Occupier Services and Capital Markets & Investment Services.
Lee joins Colliers as a high-performing and respected member of the industry, most recently as Associate Partner at Malaysia-based surveyors, Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partner, where she led a wide range of valuation and consulting engagements including market and feasibility studies, highest and best use, repositioning and economic impact analysis.
Lee has a Masters in Construction Management and Property Investment and is a licenced valuer with the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), and the Association of Property Managers, Estate Agents and Property Consultants in the Private Sector Malaysia (PEPS).
